Richard is a unique leader with over 30 years of experience in Florida’s construction industry, with expertise in the fields of solar energy, roofing, and swimming pool construction. Since founding SunSmart Engineering, Richard has guided the company to become a trusted provider of innovative engineering services, serving both contractors and manufacturers throughout the U.S. and Caribbean.With a robust career spanning multiple construction disciplines, Richard has driven transformative projects, strategic growth, and rebranding initiatives for leading organizations. His leadership at SunSmart emphasizes a balanced approach, leveraging his skill for recruiting and developing top talent and deploying cutting-edge technology across all service areas to meet diverse client needs.
